Dining at Shenorock
Eat & Drink
Enjoy a summer cocktail at the beach bar, savor Chef's crab cakes in the Summerside Dining Room, or grab a poolside snack at the Bouwerie Grill. For outdoor gatherings, the picnic and grill areas are ideal. The Harborside Clubhouse transforms into a warm, welcoming retreat, offering cozy dining and winter water views.
Beach & Pool
Dive In!
Shenorock's modern Olympic-sized pool was recently redesigned for exceptional aquatic enjoyment and swimming competition. It includes distinct areas for diving, swimming, and wading. There is a quiet waterfront adult section and a sun-protected kiddie pool for young families.
Boating
Harbor docking facilities for boats up to 35' in length are available to Shenorock members. A limited number of Club moorings are also available to accommodate larger boats and those without a slip. Kayaking and paddle boarding are widely enjoyed by the members.
Racquet Sports
Tennis
Shenorock boasts eight Har-Tru tennis courts and top teaching pros who provide member lessons and clinics for women, men and children. Shenorock offers a full schedule of social tennis events, inter-club play, and an active Club tournament schedule for all members.
Paddle Tennis
Our paddle tennis facilities include four lighted and heated courts and a comfortable paddle lounge available for courtside paddle parties. Teaching pros oversee the league competition and member clinics for women, men, and children.
Pickleball
Shenorock has embraced the fastest-growing sport in America and offers two dedicated pickleball courts, each separated by fencing and with permanent net posts. The Shenorock pickleball experience includes social, instructional, and recreational play.
Youth Activities
The Shenorock Shore Club setting offers 14 acres of fun and play. Children learn and compete on popular tennis and swim teams. Day Camp is a blend of sports, games, swimming, and fun, culminating in the much-anticipated Day Camp Show. Our Summer Camp has been creating memories for Club children for decades.
Sporting Clays
Using eco-friendly ammunition & clays to protect the Long Island Sound ecology, our program runs winter Saturdays until the end of March.
